A little help with Pip XO
How to play
Tap an empty square to place your character. Connect three of your pieces across, down, or diagonally to win. A full board with no winner is a draw. You are Player 1 and go first against a buddy. Numbered badges distinguish the two sides, even if both players choose the same character. Choose Two players to take turns with someone on the same device.
Find your challenge
Easy takes the center, then chooses a free square. Curious also spots an immediate winning move. Clever adds blocking your next win. Perfect looks ahead to every possible ending: a draw is your best result.
Choose your crew
Tap the buddy card above the board, select your level and the characters for Player 1 and Player 2, then tap Apply. Cancel leaves your choices unchanged. All ten characters are available from the start, and character choices never change the rules.
A fresh round
New round clears the board and keeps your choices. It asks first if a round is unfinished. Changing level or game mode also asks before clearing a live board. Changing characters alone preserves the round. Wins bring a big cheer with a short, silent burst of confetti and fireworks. Reduce Motion uses still decorations. Play again starts a fresh round after a result; View board lets you keep admiring your finished game.
Game voice
Voice starts off. Use the speaker button to turn English result announcements on or off. There is no music. If you cannot hear it, check the button, device volume, Silent Mode, and the availability of an English system voice. VoiceOver announces results separately.
Pause and return
Your buddy pauses while a menu is open or the app is in the background. Return to the board to continue. Closing the app starts a fresh board next time; your characters, level, mode, and voice choice stay saved.

Privacy policy
This policy describes Pip XO versions 1.0 and 1.1 by G-Prep Inc and its separate support website.
Inside the app
Pip XO does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. There are no accounts, ads, tracking, analytics SDKs, purchases, or online game services. The game and all ten character illustrations work offline. No camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or location access is requested.
Your level, characters, game mode, and voice preference are saved on your device using system preferences. The board is held in memory and clears when the app closes. Delete the app to remove its preferences. Device backups are controlled by you and Apple. We cannot read your game or preferences.
Optional English result speech uses Apple's system speech synthesizer. Pip XO sends no recordings or game data to a server. English voice availability depends on your device. Apple may process diagnostics separately according to your device settings.
When you contact us
The support website is separate from the offline game and opens only when you choose its link. When an adult submits the form, G-Prep Inc receives the reply email, message, language (English), submission time, status, and reference number. We use these to answer and resolve the request, not for advertising. Records are stored in a restricted owner inbox on OpenAI Sites and its database infrastructure. Do not send children's personal information or sensitive information. No attachments are accepted.
Support requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the issue, normally deleted within 180 days unless legal obligations require otherwise. For privacy questions or a deletion request, use the support form. Include your reference number if available. We may verify control of the reply address before acting.
Website security
OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses, to serve and protect this website. Our form uses a random verification challenge and a salted, hourly changing hash of the connection address to limit spam. Its database does not store raw IP addresses. Challenge records expire after 30 minutes and rate-limit records after two hours; subsequent form requests remove expired records. Hosting providers may keep separate security logs. We have added no advertising or independent analytics.
The private support inbox requires owner authentication through the hosting service. Submitting the public support form does not require a game account. Material policy changes will appear here with an updated date.
